Even thou the housing project is still under construction, nearly 80 percent of the houses at the River Park Rose Garden had already been sold. The reasons -- partly economic (you'll get a grounded property for less than RM300k, which is already considered cheap in Sabah's property market) and location (the project site is near to the Kinarut town, school facilities, the beach-the Kinarut beachfront, 10 minutes away from the Kota Kinabalu International airport and 20 minutes drive from the city center).
From the Kinarut Beach front, you can just take a 10 minutes boat-ride to the Dinawan Island, which is fast becoming a popular tourist attraction.
The location where the project is at, Kinarut, has been identified as a growth center under the Sabah Development Corridor and also the Kinarut Beachfront has been zoned as Tourism Belt. Subsequent to this:
- There is a proposed new coastal road connecting Kinarut and Tanjung Aru which will provide a shorter route to Kota Kinabalu City center.
- There is a proposed 200 acres Kinarut South New Township which will make Kinarut into a new commercial hub.
- There is also a proposed 50 acres new government hospital with 700 beds under the 10th Malaysia Plan which caters the people in the south and
- There is a new 30 acres religious school which is now under construction.
Given all these major development, River Park Rose Garden is definately a perfect investment that will double in value in a short period of time.
River Park Rose Garden Phase 1 consist of 220 units of double-storey terrace houses featuring contemporary architecture which provides luxury and harmony. The sophisticated design gives good natural ventilation and good natural lights. This modern designed concept and the well-developed master plan promise spacious and comfortable home for everyone.
The special feature of the park is its covered drains, which will be incorporated throughout the project and adopted from Australian housing projects. This makes the park friendly to children, the elderly and physically disabled. |
